TEAM Approach 

SOPHIA AVERY and DONAVAN WEST  have developed a unique approach to Relationship Counseling.

You will enjoy the benefit of having both a male AND female counselor in your Individual or Couple's sessions!

This unique TEAM approach provides an unbiased, gender-neutral look at your relationship.  You don't have to worry about the counselor taking sides based on the counselor's gender. Our Relationship Counseling Team will work together with you to view your issues from all sides and resolve them efficiently and effectively. 

First, you will meet with the TEAM for your first session. 

Next, each person will meet with the therapist for individual sessions (as often as necessary).

Finally, the Team will meet with you as a couple twice per month until the issues are resolved.

WHY?

This approach allows us to get to know each of you on an individual basis, understand your personality, stressors, background, childhood events, primary family interaction, and other events that may influence and impact the way that you function in the relationship.

By gathering this information, we are better able to provide interventions that speak to the needs of both of you, individually, and to the needs of the couple. 

Our goal is to get to the root of your issues, as an individual and as a couple, then help you both to bond, loving and trusting God and each other.

Instead of shutting down emotionally,
